Movement Physiotherapy

Dorota is a HCPC and CSP registered physiotherapist with
over 20 years of clinical experience, working in both Poland
and the UK across private practice and public healthcare.
She specialises in paediatric physiotherapy, supporting babies
and children with developmental delays, asymmetries, postural problems, movement difficulties and sensory processing challenges.
Her approach combines functional therapy, manual techniques
and elements of sensory integration, always tailored to the individual needs of each child.
She is passionate about continuous professional development
and regularly attends specialist courses, training and webinars to further expand her knowledge and stay up to date with current evidence-based practice.
In her work, she focuses on creating a supportive and trusting environment for both children and their families. She believes therapy should be practical, personalised and centred around each patient’s unique needs and goals.

Services
If something doesn’t feel quite right, you don’t have to just put up with it.
Treatment is gentle, practical and focused on helping your body move better, feel more comfortable, and function the way it should.

If your child struggles with focus, coordination or coping with everyday sensations, these sessions can help them feel calmer, more secure and more comfortable in daily activities.

When your body feels weak, stiff or difficult to control after injury, pain or neurological conditions, rehabilitation can help you move with more confidence, balance and freedom.

It can bring a few changes in how your body feels — together we can make sense of them and help you feel more comfortable.

Massages:
Therapeutic, Sport
and Lymphatic
Whether you need pain relief, muscle recovery or help with swelling and tension, massage therapy can help your body feel lighter, looser and easier to move.

Paediatric Physiotherapy
When movement feels difficult or frustrating for your child, gentle play-based sessions can help them feel more confident, comfortable and free to enjoy being a child.

Sensory Assessment
and Report
If you need clear answers about your child’s development, movement or sensory needs, a detailed assessment and report can help you better understand what’s going on and what support may help.
