Services
If something doesn’t feel quite right, you don’t have to just put up with it.
Treatment is gentle, practical and focused on helping your body move better, feel more comfortable, and function the way it should.

If your scar feels tight, sensitive or uncomfortable, gentle treatment can improve movement and help the area feel more relaxed — even years later.

If pregnancy is bringing aches, discomfort
or changes in your body, I’m here to help you feel more comfortable, move with ease,
and enjoy this time witha bit more confidence.

It can bring a few changes in how your body feels — together we can make sense of them and help you feel more comfortable again.

Postnatal
If something still doesn’t feel quite right after birth — we can work together to help your body recover, feel stronger, and settle back into itself.

Temporomandibular disorder
Orofacial Pain
If jaw pain, clicking or stiffness is affecting your daily life, treatment can help ease symptoms, restore comfortable movement, and support your recovery step by step.

Pelvic Floor
Pelvic floor symptoms like leaking, heaviness or pain are common, but they don’t have to be something you just live with — gentle, effective treatment can make a real difference.
